  • Michael has a passion to lead Spring Creek and loves to see the team develop. He values integrity, initiative, and hard work. Michael graduated from Texas A&M and worked as a custom home builder before owning Spring Creek. His wife and 2 daughters live in New Braunfels.

  • Ian grew up in Alvin, TX and moved to Spring Branch after attending Texas Tech University where he got a degree in Chemical Engineering. He was was raised working with his dad, who owns a construction company, remodeling houses, building fences, and operating equipment. With a construction background and an engineering mind, Ian brings a variety of skill sets to the table. He enjoys learning about new products and practices, and is constantly seeking ways to improve the team’s efficiency and quality.

  • Stephen was born and raised in Alvin, TX. He moved out to the Hill Country to work as a site manager for the largest landscaping company in Texas. He then moved on to be the head of operations for a local residential landscaping company. Stephen’s work ethic, skill set, and experience makes him a valuable asset to the team.

  • Originally from Guanajuato, Mexico, Jose brings over 15 years of experience in the landscaping industry. He was Spring Creek Landscaping’s first crew lead, joining the company in 2016, and has been a key part of its growth ever since. Jose is known not only for his skill in the field, but for his ability to develop and mentor others—many team members who started on his crew have gone on to become leaders within Spring Creek. Jose lives in New Braunfels with his wife and their five boys.

  • Born in San Luis, Mexico, Jaime began his career in the U.S. working in masonry and general construction. Over the years, he has built an exceptional range of hands-on experience and has become a key member of the Spring Creek team. Jaime brings more than 5 years of septic system installation, 5+ years operating cranes and heavy machinery, and 15+ years of custom landscaping experience. Known for his reliability, skill, and problem-solving ability, Jaime is a go-to professional at Spring Creek who can confidently tackle nearly any project. Jaime now lives in Seguin with his wife and their 3 kids.

  • Omar is an extremely hard worker with a keen eye for detail and a wide range of knowledge. A San Antonio native, with years of hands-on experience, Omar has a variety of skills from being a landscaping crew member, to mechanic work, and CDL driving. His diverse skill set, combined with his dedication to quality and precision, allows him to approach each project with the expertise and focus needed to deliver outstanding results.
