Michael has a passion to lead Spring Creek and loves to see the team develop. He values integrity, initiative, and hard work. Michael graduated from Texas A&M and worked as a custom home builder before owning Spring Creek. His wife and 2 daughters live in New Braunfels.

Ian grew up in Alvin, TX and moved to Spring Branch after attending Texas Tech University where he got a degree in Chemical Engineering. He was was raised working with his dad, who owns a construction company, remodeling houses, building fences, and operating equipment. With a construction background and an engineering mind, Ian brings a variety of skill sets to the table. He enjoys learning about new products and practices, and is constantly seeking ways to improve the team’s efficiency and quality.

Laura serves as the financial backbone of Spring Creek Builds, LLC, overseeing bookkeeping, payroll, accounts payable, and financial analysis. She ensures that every detail is accounted for, helping projects run smoothly from start to finish.
She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Howard Payne University and brings a strong foundation of expertise with certifications including Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), and ITIL Foundations. Her background spans both banking and restaurant management, where she developed a sharp ability to manage budgets, timelines, and team operations with precision.
Laura was drawn to her role for the balance it provides, allowing her to support a growing business while staying present for her twin daughters. Behind the scenes, she plays a key role in supporting the team and ensuring the financial side of each project is as strong as the work being built.

Originally from Guanajuato, Mexico, Jose brings over 15 years of experience in the landscaping industry. He was Spring Creek Landscaping’s first crew lead, joining the company in 2016, and has been a key part of its growth ever since. Jose is known not only for his skill in the field, but for his ability to develop and mentor others—many team members who started on his crew have gone on to become leaders within Spring Creek. Jose lives in New Braunfels with his wife and their five boys.

Jared was born and raised in Houston, Texas. During his junior year at Texas A&M University, he accepted Christ, a decision that shaped both his personal faith and professional direction. He graduated from the Mays Business School with a degree in Finance and, after turning down a job offer from JPMorgan Chase, chose to pursue vocational ministry.
Jared spent seven years with Student Mobilization (StuMo) at Texas A&M, where he helped disciple students in Greek life through Bible studies, StuMo Nights, and community-focused events. During this time, he developed a passion for walking alongside young men and women as they navigated faith, leadership, and life.
After his time at StuMo, Jared earned his seminary degree from Shepard Theological Seminary and went on to work with a church plant. Today, he serves as Spring Creek’s Marketplace Chaplain, supporting team members through encouragement, counsel, and spiritual care—meeting people where they are, both personally and professionally.
